I'm thinking Low fat super noodles with chicken tikka does anyone now if the pre packed chicken tikka is free I know the tesco one is but this is from asda.

I was devastated. Got to the cupboard and the hubby had snaffled it!! Ended up having a kipper salad. Odd but good!!

Bacon and sweetcorn chowder was ok. Wouldn't bother making it again though. I'm short my super free but I was so hungry after aquafit it's tough!! Was either reheat the soup or eat my own arm. Which isn't super free either!

No breakfast , so had 2 fat jacket pots , topped with beans and 2 triangles ( light) .

Had a chicken mayo salad 1.5 syns
And a yoghurt jelly fruit melee 1 syn
