Nothing it's WI at 6pm!
I've actually had some bad weekends, food-wise, and then eaten very little on Monday and virtually nothing on Tuesday and lost at WI! Haha really wrong way to do it but it works haha!!!This is the first week for me of having something to eat before weigh in haha ive had 3 meals already today but should be fine. I hate starving my body now and i did a test weigh in yesterday before work and after and there was no change so im hoping for the same tonight.
