Not much of a decent lunch but I'm stuck at work and can't get to the shops...got a mugshot, some grapes and a mini banana malt loaf (5) gonna eat it all in instalments as today is going to be the most boring work day, so its a danger zone for snacking.

I had one of my favourites.... Hairy Dieter's Spicy bean and vegetable Stew... I swapped the olive oil for a few sprays of fry light to make it more SW friendly... now it only costs 1/2 syn a portion....... yum
