I'm going to have some of the M&S Delicious & Nutritious Teriyaki beef salad bites in mooli ribbons with a sweet soy dipping sauce. So delicious, especially at just 2 Syns! Also having an M&S edamame soya bean salad (without dressing) and an apple!

They are amazing! Watch out, as the pork version is 6 Syns. I think the tuna ones are only 2 though, same as the beef

Im having a tandoori chicken (syn free from asda) salad (lettuce, sweetcorn, tomates, cucumber, carrot, pickled onions and pickled beetroot). Then an apple for pudding.

Tesco ready to eat chinese chicken (? No idea of syns yet) corn on the cob, salad & pickles
