Decided to make some low syn scones to have with a brew with a friend. They we're more like little bricks but still hit the spot with a touch of jam on
Took soup but so busy I didn't get to eat it! So had 2 ryvita multigrain (synned), gammon, Philly extra light mini tub (part of HEXA ) and small pot of hummous (synned). Melon, grapes & banana.
