I have never had one from there...Do you get to choose which meat and which salad/sauce you want or are they set types? X

Sorry to jump in but yes Subway salads are the best!!
They have set ones but you can customise them so add extra meat, less meat, etc etc and yes you can choose your sauce- the best part about it is the salads are completely free, most of the meat is and the sauces are quite low in syns- SW website has a feature on Subway x
