Strange lunch today as missed breakfast, Porridge with apple and plums doing SP so used 70g (2xHEb) of oats supper filling

Today it was beans on toast with beetroot and tomatoes on the side and cheese on top, nice and simple

Prepping speed soup for tomorrow's lunch now though

Kale and leek soup, although I put too much stock in and now it just looks like green water. Oh well, I've got carrot sticks to fill me up as well.
