Mine is ryvita topped with ex light laughing cow, ham, sweet onion relish and velvet crunch on the side! Followed by melon and maybe a pear!

Was rushing home from uni, packed, showered and made myself a pasta salad and just ate it on the heathrow express (glad I resisted getting something on the go!) : wholewheat fusilli, artichoke hearts, tomato, basil, chives, carrots, mushrooms and two boiled eggs!
