Random dish tonight - pork fillet bashed out, rolled up with mushrooms, wrapped in smoked bacon. Served with paprika chilli roasted new potatoes, and a tomato/mushroom/onion/pepper and chilli sauce/ratatouille sort of thing. Green beans.
