Whats for tea tonight?

Chicken breast stuffed with a mixture - 2 Dairylea cheese trianges mixed with chopped spinach and spring onions; served with brocolli, mushrooms & cauliflower. There's a few salad potatos left so might roast them in fry-light with the chicken.
 
Diet coke chicken, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage and sweetcorn ;-)

Ooooo, and maybe some hexb bread to make a chip cob :D
 
Syn free salt and pepper chicken and chips with stir fry veg. Yum:)
 
Planning on making my own 'baked beans' alternative, with butterbeans, passata, mushrooms and spices. Probably to put over a jacket sweet potato and have with some salad. And maybe a corn on the cob. And cottage cheese.

It's weigh in day so I'm really hungry!! It's probably easier to list what I DON'T plan on having for dinner after group tonight :)
 
Roasted peppers and onion. Sw chips. Mushy peas. Baked cod in lemon followed by melon

Very random tonight, sw chips, beans, bacon and carrots.

Pudding strawberries dipped in sweetener.
 
Had the baked to perfection salmon in lemon sauce couldnt believe they were free! Then had an entire melon and discovered that if i dipped my bassetts marshmellow 1.5 syn in my tea it lasted a lot longer!
