Tea tonight - Beefy Burger (from the new mag), sweet potato chips, roast carrots, onions, and beetroot, with some homemade tzatziki - lush and instead of using marg on my roll I spread a laughin cow ex light on it

The burger was absolutely lush, its the first time ive used smash for anything, son and hubby didn't like em so .... all the more for me haha

I've had a mostly bad week but I'm blaming the horrible snot germs I've got! Haven't been able to really eat anything today but I'm having a pasta bake with ooooodles of veg & chicken with fat free fromage frais & philadelphia stirred in to make it creamy. Best of all is that I'm sat on the sofa with a glass of wine (to kill the germs, hah) and the OH is cooking it all for me. Lovely! Now, I wonder how many glasses of wine it'll take to kill the cold....

we're having a halloween party tonight so I'll be having meat free sausages in a wholemeal roll (chopped in two to make two finger rolls) topped with veggie chilli and cheese. Will also have a jacket and extra chilli to keep me full. There's also going to be some spicy chicken legs on offer which are sw friendly but I'm not planning on having them as planning a green day (but if I do fancy one its not the end of the world as I'm saving my extra HEX for the end of the night anyway so could switch to EE
