Tonight is chicken and vegetable curry, roast spiced cauliflower and BNS with HexA feta and a mini naan for 9 syns.

The cheese sounds wrong but works sooooo well!

I'm having homemade beef meatballs with onion,garlic,leek,paprika and a sprinkle of cheese cooked in a sauce made with Philly, stock and mustard (I'm nursing so I get extra HE's !lucky!) with mash and carrots, leeks peas and sweet corn

Can't wait!!

yep squeeze of lemon juice and some salt and pepper! added the last bit of my hea cheese for cheesy coleslaw was lovely!!

it wa really nice was alf a white cabbage chopped half an onion chopped and grated carrot mixed with a few table spoons of fat free fromage frais and few of lighter thn light mayo and some salt pepper and a squeeze of lemon really nice

spaghetti with red pesto (2.5) chicken & roasted veg

MLM salt & pepper chicken, chips & salad OR

A homemade curry...

Not very well so think it will depend on how I feel later
