Im doing a roast tonight, its so easy to be 100% good with a roast and you can have so many roasties and veggies!

I had to go into one of my schools and eat a school roast with the staff so I'm just having a Jacket potato with chopped onion lemon and flaked tuna and a big Greek salad......... with no Greek not sure how many syns my lunch was so I'm being careful.

Sounds yum, ive just given the kdis their roast - so just cooking mine now - big chicken breast, loads of roasties cooked in frylight and some carrots and sweetcorn. Love ee.
