Spaghetti Oceana Inspired by Frankie and Bennys Lite Menu

Serves 2 big portions, free on EE only

Carton of passata in a saucepan, add 2 crushed garlic cloves, chopped basil, salt and pepper, 2 teaspoons of sweetener, heat up to bubbling then put to 1 side to infuse

Fry some king prawns in frylight and a bit of salt, add to the sauce, add a 1/2 a tin of baby clams (£1.47 in Asda), cook spaghetti normally, drain and mix with the sauce.

Serve with rocket and red onion salad topped with grated Parmesan (Optional 30g HEa)

I had lamb leg steaks (fat cut off) pan fried in frylight with a big salad.

Tonight we had lamb and butter bean tagine with roasted sweet and normal potatoes in garlic and a slice of garlic and jalapeño cheese (hea) mmmmmmm!!!! Stuffed!
