Home-made 'KFC' style chicken using Smash, a lovely concoction of green beans, sweetcorn, passata, balsamic vinegar, salt/pepper etc and then some salad on side with 1 tablespoon of low fat herb and garlic dressing (1)

Was yummy... But beware... Unless you have a mouth of steal don't use piri piri chillies!!!

I had pasta with peppers, tinned toms, sweetcorn, chorizo (5.5 syns) and Philly light (2 syns) was really nice!! Xxx
