'Quiche' more like a big vegetable omelette lol with chips and beans. Can't eat it til after zumba though and its teasing me!! Hate eating before excersise it makes me feel sick
I made a massive pan of broth for lunches the rest of the week - I kept some gammon to one side and had that with a mix of SW chips/BNS chips covered in italian herbs,garlic and onion powder, with peas and a fried egg yummy
