I know I've said it before, ginlin but your food always looks like restaurant fare!

I've made it without the cornflour and it was still yummy! X
Sorry forgot to mention I used normal white vinegar and was still tasty. So many recipes use different vinegar I was like nah normal will do!
I've read somewhere that people have missed out cornflour and it's been fine as wellxx
The Morroccan Spiced Turkey Kebabs from the Little Book Of Lunches.... yum!

Any chance of the recipe.. Looks amazing x
It was very yummy - I'd maybe up the proportions of the spices though if, like me, you like your food a bit on the spicy side
Here's the recipe - very simple and quick to make:
500g Turkey Breast Mince
Seasoning
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp harissa spices
Small handful freshly chopped coriander
Small handful freshly chopped mint
Mix it all together so the herbs and spices are the whole way through, then shape onto skewers (I made 12 with the recipe)
Grill for 6 minutes on each side under a hot grill and voila, they're done!![]()
