Whats for tea tonight?

I've made it without the cornflour and it was still yummy! X

Sorry forgot to mention I used normal white vinegar and was still tasty. So many recipes use different vinegar I was like nah normal will do!

I've read somewhere that people have missed out cornflour and it's been fine as well :) xx

great...thank you! x

Just simple Scottish salmon fillets, pan-fried and served with new Jersey potatoes and petit pois. So easy, yet so yummy. I might even go mad and sprinkle a couple of Butter Bud sachets over my potatoes too. We're having a version of Eton Mess for after. SW friendly, of course!

The Morroccan Spiced Turkey Kebabs from the Little Book Of Lunches.... yum! :D

Any chance of the recipe.. Looks amazing x

It was very yummy - I'd maybe up the proportions of the spices though if, like me, you like your food a bit on the spicy side :)

Here's the recipe - very simple and quick to make:

500g Turkey Breast Mince
Seasoning
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp harissa spices
Small handful freshly chopped coriander
Small handful freshly chopped mint

Mix it all together so the herbs and spices are the whole way through, then shape onto skewers (I made 12 with the recipe)

Grill for 6 minutes on each side under a hot grill and voila, they're done! :D

Tonight we are going out for an Indian so it will be a vegetable dish (haven't made my mind up yet lol) with plain rice and a poppadum :)

They look lovely, I have some turkey mince in the freezer and was wondering what to make with it. Yum, will definitely try this :)
