Bbq tonight (again!) So tonights efforts r - chicken tenders marinated in a tomato&basil sauce, onion&red pepper skewers marinated in a spicy one, a bit of rice&peas, lots of herby salad and a spoonful of 0% Greek yog! A feast! I can't wait!

Roast chicken salad with half a pouch of Uncle Ben's Chicken Express Rice (1.5 Syns) to act as a bit of rice salad and also a baked potato with a HEX of cheese in it. Well, I am hungry!

Had raspberries , muller light & crushed digestive for dessert. Raspberries are on offer for £1 so can see me having that quite regular

Tonight was roast pork loin, stuffing ball (3 syns), carrots, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, aunt bessie's carrot and swede mash and gravy (2 syns).
