That looks lovely! I've always wanted to try the Katsu curry recipe but have always been a bit scared to lol, was it nice? x

It's really nice! My OH loved it! I'd have it without rice next time and just have roasted veg but the sauce is amazing!

Success express chilli and rice and big salad. Chilli has loads of mushrooms peppers and tomatoes in. Plain yoghurt and cayenne on the top.

I have got some savoury rice with mixed veg and jalapenos for dinner. No exciting in the slightest but its already made. so its quick and easy x
