Whats for tea tonight?

I must find those B wraps in ours... :)

I pinched it from Pete's recipe thread - it's a sticky under recipes.

I make the chips like his (garlic salt, chilli powder, smoked paprika and cumin) but instead of the bacon/spring onion combo, I spread the pulled pork over the top then sprinkle the cheese and jalepenos and grill until melted! Yummm!

It's my fave hangover food when I don't want to fall off plan xx

well, I have searched and searched lol, and cannot find it...any link help please?

Ahh, I see!

I didn't follow a recipe really. I got a pork shoulder joint from sainsburys and cut all the visible meat off it (this took me ages!!) and then made a random rub from spices. I can't really remember them all but I def used the following quite generously - paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne powder and mustard powder. I rubbed this all over the meat then left it in the fridge overnight.

Early the next morning I made the syn free bbq sauce (I doubled the recipe) in my slow cooker for about 4-5 hours then added the meat at around 1pm. Cooked the whole thing on low until about 9pm then when I stuck two forks in it all just fell apart and I mixed it all up.

A little bit of prep required in terms of timings but generally a really easy and tasty meal - it made LOADS too!! x

thanks for that Lilly!! gonna makethat whole meal and see...

I bought some of those new 'B' wraps in asda yesterday so I'm going to make a pizza with one and have it with some potato wedges and veggies

What are these B wraps that you speak of?

I'm desperately looking for something wrap/pitta like in asda because only tesco have the WW pitta :(

Gammon & egg with SW chips for me..lovely

I made the pulled pork a couple of weeks ago and it was immense! The leftovers were so good with some stir fry veg the next day too.

Tonight I'm making the syn free chilli and I'll have mine with a jacket potato and salad while OH has rice with his.

How did you make yours? I never looked at a SW recipe, I just looked online at different american ones and tweaked it to make it SW friendly so might try it a different way next time!

I still have leftovers and I've had it like a million times :giggle: xx

I used this recipe from the SW website. I didn't simmer my sauce for the full 15 minutes so it wasn't that thick but it was still yummy!

Ahhh that sauce is pretty much the same as the syn free BBQ sauce I got from on here!

I see it's oven cooked too - it's really yummy done in a slow cooker and I'd DEF recommend a rub on the meat to be left for 24 hours before - just adds so much more flavour! x

I'll definitely try that next time!
