I had a lovely prawn pasta salad for dinner tonight.

At work so i had a big jacket spud with HEA low fat cheese and a tub of lowfat cottage cheese with pineapple(can't believe gotta syn this)! good job i didn't have butter as well!

Hiya - tonight i'll be having chicken left over from yesterday & will make a huge salad on the side, will syn some sweet chilli sauce for dressing & do some chilli roasted pots (heB) in the actifry - yummy!!

mmm soooo many lovely meals. That's what I love about SW. So much gorgeous food to eat, and without having to worry at that!!

I'm doing korma style dhal with cauliflower and sweet potato (a yummy veggie curry!) but swapping the patak's curry paste with spice mix that I have at home. Saving back on the syns and the £'s!
