Whats for tea tonight?

Had a quick tea of scrambled eggs and beans on toast (HEX bread) and 2 pears after - nom nom!!

A ham and laughing cow sandwich, with 0.5 tbs of branston, some cherry tomatoes and a multipack size of quavers...using HEB, part HEA and 5 syns,

Chicken breast stuffed with phili, wrapped in bacon with new potatoes and a big yummy salad!!

Out for dinner tonight with hubby. Planning to stay on plan as much as possible.... The tobelerone cheesecake may just win me over though!!!

It's lovely- well , we love it . I guess the sweetness comes from salad cream - so if you prefer it sweeter , increase this to suit your taste .

I made syn free BBQ sauce tonight, so did hunters chicken with roasted potatoes, peas and salad. My god, it was lovely, and my husband though it was amazing!!

The BBQ sauce wasn't quite right, but it was still tasty
