Well I figured it would just be easier to make, still taste just as good

Cause I work from home baking I had a huge bag of Callebaut choc buttons, dark. I think though I could get away with using less and mixing it with the other half of quark.....or even choc options?

Just used a swiss roll tin, lined it with grease proof.

I have the lemon and lime roulade recipe ....just used the sponge part of that.
