This thread is lethal. Looked on here a bit earlier and was starving after! it all sounded so good.

Had to have small snack of some cooked chicken. Kept control here!! Halo is gleaming!

Tonight the rest of the chicken, mash with cheese in for husband, runner beans, and salad for me.

steak and gravy (will work out syns of gravy in a bit), with mash (i have a teaspoon of lighter than light mayo left, to count as 1/2 syn ) and veggies

after over an hour of exercise, i be hungry
