No its Homemade and I think just as good if not better than a takeaway as I fill it with all my fav veggies such as red/White onions, peppers, baby corn, sugar snap peas, mushrooms and courgette. Going to try the chilli beef recipe off the slimming eats website (although I will be using chicken) or her Szechuan chicken one which I have already done and it was yummy too... Ooh or kwise's s&s chicken one hmmmmmmm possibilities are endless
I then have it with egg noodles from my local Chinese supermarket (dried) and will have 10g of prawn crackers (a big packet from aldi) and it works out as 2.5 syns x
