Last night for me was gammon, egg, mushrooms, onions & mushy peas

Tonight: Sunday roast, of course! (Chicken today)

I had my roast last night lol x

Hiya,

The recipe is from Delia and I've just altered it to make it SW Friendly ie no wine. It all comes out a 0syns on EE

The sauce makes 4 servings and just add the chicken quantity you like

2 chicken breasts
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 medium onion
2 red peppers
Mushrooms
Crushed garlic
Tomato puree (1tbsp)
Chicken stock (200ml)
Paprika spice (1tsp)
Mixed herbs
Frylight

Cook chicken till slightly brown with frylight
Soften peppers and onions in frylight
Place the above into a casserole dish or slow cooker
Then added the mushrooms, tin tomatoes, chicken stock, puree and spices/herbs

For the oven - place in a preheated (gas mark 5) and cook for an hour and half

For slow cooker - cook for 5-6 hours on medium or I guess low.

Hubby likes Chorizo so have added that in, but I will make sure I pick it out or its 5.5syns for 28grams

Now fingers crossed it comes out well lol

Hi KWise, I got them from Tesco. I do online shopping and they came on Friday. I did see that you were having trouble getting them from Tesco and was worried mine wouldn't come! Have you asked at customer services at your local branch to see if they are discontinued for definite? Xx

Sometimes if a brand isn't selling well enough in that store they will drop it, if you can get enough people to ask for it again at customer services they will re stock it.

Our slimming world did it in our Tesco when they stopped selling quark lol

Doing a winter barley chicken veg casserole from the new SW all in one book. Serving with new potatoes and parsnips on the side as didn't have room for them in the dish. I packed it with so many veg!
Left overs will be tomorrows lunch!
