A mixed Chicken and Lamb kebab ( no doner meat) without the pitta bread and sauce (will put on my own extra light mayo mixed with garlic puree) but lots and lots of the salad.

A mushy pea curry which was lovely but I think i went a bit off recipe, lol. Happens a lot, with brown rice and ff fromage frais and then mixed berries and melon with ff yoghurt with options chocolate mixed in.

Wrote earlier that I was making beef stew, didnt get home till quite late so chucked the beef stew in the slow cooker for tomorrows tea after work n decided to make spag Bol tonight instead, 2 teas in one night...all that's left to do tomorrow is prep the veg and cook!

I've just had roasted veg (done with frylite), sliced potatoes and quorn pieces in homemade tomato sauce
And for pudding, a big bowl of pineapple/strawberries/clementines/kiwi/grapes/apples followed by a WW mini wave ice cream
all washed down with fanta zero.
