It is one of mine luvvie and is totally gorgeous with garlic mushrooms and cheese in the middle of a delicious lentil mixture. It's 0 syns too with a HEXA or HEXB of cheese or use both for more cheese!!!
I will add it to my recipes later once I have taken a piccie of it - keep your eyes posted ;-)

I have never had chard - is it always crispy? How do you prepare, cook it? And what does it taste like?

It tastes like chinese crispy seaweed if you sprinkle a bit of splenda on top.

From this recipe, it's for kale really and that does work better but I had chard that needed using. Baked Kale Chips › shutterbean I just used frylight instead of oil.
