Beef stew here , with 200g skin on new potatoes(original day!) and cabbage. The stew has beef , carrots, onions, leeks, celery, mushrooms and celeriac in as well as some beef stock and tomato puree . Normally do mainly green days so having a couple of red ones for a change.

Just had the most delish lamb hotpot/casserole thing, leek, onion, carrot, swede potato and lamb with rosemary and cinamon with fresh coriander on top! was yummmmm, now for some strawberrys, total 0% and a meringue nest. Ah heaven. What diet?
