Whats for tea tonight?

Tonight we are having the Chicken and potato curry, I like to add spinach to it as well.

I'm having baked beans and bacon lasagne, with a little grated cheese on top that I have synned. Oh and a nice spinach side salad x

Steak with fried onion, tomato, spinach, mixed veg and a liberal splash of Tabasco Chipolte

Really need to get trying new stuff again, this was nice though :)

Sure! I got it from the new green recipe book. They tasted really lovely too.:)

Ingredients:
1 onion
1 carrot
2x tins of chickpeas
Ginger 2tsp (i used the lazy ginger jars)
Garlic 2 tsp (lazy garlic jar)
Handful of fresh corriander
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp cumin ground or seeds
1 egg

Method;
Roughly cut onion and grate carrot. Drain 2 tins of chickpeas and wash them. Put onion carrot and chickpeas in food processor. Add the ginger garlic chilli corriander and cumin. Blitz for 1-2 mins.
Put into a bowl and beat in 1 egg. Leave to marinate flavours and firm in fridge for 6-8 hours. Once done that roll into 24 balls. Cook on gas mark 6 for 15-20 minutes. Spray fry light on baking tray.

My dip was just
Fat free Greek yog
Mint
Cucumber
Garlic
All chucked into food processor. Yum!
