I picked a pumpkin from the allotment yesterday so put it (peeled and chopped of course) with onions, coriander seeds, garam masala, ground coriander, grated ginger, green chilli and stock in the slow cooker this morning to make soup. I'll whizz it up when I get home, put a spoonful of extra light philadephia in it to give it a bit of creaminess. Yum.
