My mum has just proper kicked off on me saying toy only love once stop depriving yourself if everything if you want something eat it and get on with it all because I wouldn't taste a Greggs short bread biscuit she's saying I need to put weight on and hubby was just agreeing with everything she said GGRRRRR !!
Nearly 30 years of age and getting a good telling off :-0 !!!

Ahh Katie, sounds like they are trying to be nice if failing!

Don't know what your stats are but if you are in the healthy weight range and just trying to stay there they have no need to worry hun.

Emsie I'm a little under weight for my height but nothing major I don't think !!

It's like the two of them have had a word with each other the way it happened

I like the way I am okay maybe too strict through the week but don't want to just eat all rubbish and put weight back on think I need to decide what to do

Mum thinks I'd be better putting half a stone on

Sounds like they're just trying to help and care but it's coming across a little harsh maybe?

I know you've said on here before you're getting a bit obsessed? Maybe they're seeing it too and are genuinely worried.

I have lost 3 stone all together now want to stay how I am if I can

I know they only care probably too much

My long awaited All In One Extra Easy cook book has arrived today from SW. There's a full colour photo on each page and all the recipes look yummy and easy to do. A bargain for under a tenner and that's including postage! Maybe if you go to group they'll have them there then it'll only cost you £6.99!
