Syn free gravy 
I found the recipe today on a new website I was told about called www.slimmingeats.com It has some great recipes and it gives you all the syn values and HEX values too
Havent tried the gravy yet but going to for dinner today that will save at least 3 syns as I love gravy on my sunday dinner

I cannot believe Its taken me until 44 to try this!!
don't know what my mum used to do wrong when microwaves first came out......but she scarred me for life they were hideous as I remember them before.

Its lush! Made it on Thursday night with some rosemary and mint in to go with my tesco roast lamb with a rosemary and herb crust (gorgeous and only 3.5 syns for half the joint!!), beautiful

Walkers baked hoops n crosses 4 syn beef prawn cocktail n salt n vinegar flavour bit like monster munch £1 in asda

went and bought some yesterday.....but got the wrong damn one
its looking like I can have 500ml of this one? I think (not tried it yet as though until I've used up the last of the normal stuff)

Well this is very true
I love my milk and having more will be really good & stop me having to 'buy it' from my syns.......just have to be big brave & try it now - fingers crossed eh!

I didn't think it was much different in tea either but I do only have a teeny splash of milk in tea
