These will make jacket potatoes for lunch in work so much easier. The microwave at my office never cooks them right.Hi there,
Just seen a post on Facebook advertising new McCain Ready Baked Jackets (I know they're more expensive than doing your own but handy for work or when you don't have much time!)
I put the nutritional info into the calculator and it comes up as FREE on Extra Easy and Green.
Hope that helps someone!! xx

Are they out now?

A syn free seasoning that i've been using on chicken and genuinely tastes like salt & pepper chicken from the Chinese takeaway! Couldn't be happier- especially having it with stir fry and noodles- it's like having a proper chow mein
Never had salt and pepper chicken from Chinese.... Intrigued now so will add this to my list to try. Can you get it in Tesco/Sainsburys?

JezVonSavage said:I got it from a foreign food specialist in Liverpool, one of these places completely full of weird and wonderful herbs and spices. I've just had a look on the Tesco site and can't find it, nor on Sainsbo's
If you don't have a local foreign food place I could post you some? beware, it's got a bloody good kick to it!!

Im sure you can get them from some of the bigger stores, the ones the lady in my class were talking about she says worked out to be 1/2 syn each and they were from sainsburys in a box of 12 i think-their really nice!! xx
