It is very pretty but I hate the way it makes everything come to a standstill. As long as it's all gone by next Saturday so my mum can get up here to babysit! X

Oh im so jelous!!!!! I know what u mean tho, we got it here about 3yrs ago for the first time in forever!!!! And our island just couldnt cope, total meltdown for about 5days, we dont even have proper road gritters here as snow is so so rare!!! X
 
Yeah the city centre is always fine up here but we're on the outskirts now and we get forgotten. No gritters and it forgets to melt. We had it bad this time 3 years ago too, I was 2 weeks overdue and OH was digging a path out of the house everyday just in case :D

Well pi££ed off this morning had a sts!!!!!

Really thinking twice about what thus is doing for me!!!!! Been gym loads also!!!! Maybe I need to have first pack earlier or maybe indeed to actually eat!!!

Been reading advice on dropping fat fast on the net and they recommend egg whites chicken and greens!!!

Really? How...... Even with the odd little cheat your calories are extreamley low? It sounds sully but it may b the gym?? When i first started i didnt lose a thing for a couple of weeks, how long have u been going as much as u have this week??
When i was cal couting id have egg white omlete for brekki, 1/2 a turkey bacon salad sarnie for lunch with fruit, and chicken and green veg (and carrot) for tea and id lose about 2lbs a week. R u recording measurements????

I don't understand it either Missie :( are you going from your weigh in last Fri? Do you think it went up much after your night out? So you might have lost some but not know if that makes sense? Plus didn't you say it was totm? And what LM said the gym can have an effect. Do you feel smaller? Still, though, it's sh!t for you. What are you going to do now?

Its started snowing here woop woop.

Yeah It is TOTM so maybe that has something to do with it but still should have lost something. I am going to do low carb calorie thing starting tomorrow I think as i am intending to exercise a lot more also. Been reading a lot about weight loss and fat loss and I think I am focusing on the scales too much.

Have been told to read this by my gym mate who has hardly any blimin fat on here (extreamly frustrating)

Only putting this up for interest really you all are doing really well and stuff so dont let me ruin what your doing xxxxx Was only doing this Cambridge thing for a quick weight loss before my holiday but realistically if i even loose a pound of fat before holiday i will have lost 9lbs so thats better than whats happening. Also i have noticed that im not really loosing any inches at all either.
 
Sounds like a good plan. Remember you're not huge and don't have masses to lose though! X

This is day 5 of being 100% for me and I don't think I'm in ketosis. Not that worried because I'm only doing this for a couple more days but find it odd, I normally get into it quite quickly. I don't have sticks so I don't know for sure but my tummy is grumbling like mad and I'm hungry all the time. I've only been having my packs, water, black coffee, black tea. So no milk, no extra protein or veg. Strange! X
