I love beans when I'm doing green days & I am doing more of them at the mo to try & save on shopping bills!! & now I have heard about adding curry powder to beans I just want SW chips & curry beans all the time!! lol

Tesco have 3 tins of beans for £1. That's the borlotti, chickpeas black eyed variety. Also fresh Fruit salads in packs are 2 for £3. Great if you need them for work etc.

also i get good quality tinned tomatoes under £3.50 for 12 tins (they cost a bomb in the supermarket) , all my lean meat and veg from costco the veg stays fresh for ages, and i freeze the meat as i get it and it lasts all month!!!

Large bottles of sugar free squash - decant into smaller bottles for ease of use (lots cheaper!)

Morrisons sell 250ml bottles of Semi Skimmed milk - perfect for your healthy A ... but don't buy a new one each time - just keep an empty one to measure out your allowance!
