sharwoods noodles are on at £1 in asda too and contain 6 portions. I just soak them with a stock cube to add the flavour. Just a bit cheaper. tightthat I am.

Mug shots are packets of filling soup made with either pasta or noodles and in different flavours - some are Free and some contain just a few syns, I'm sorry I can't help with the syns......but, I am sure someone will. X
