Birds eye bake to perfection salmon is £3 at morrisons at the min, usually £3.99. As well as the other baked to perfection fish I believe. Salmon is the only free one though and tastes really nice

Found these in asda today pretty big pot for 99kcal (5syns)
In milk choc white choc fudge flavour. Hits the chocolate spot x
