Mmmm I love peanut butter cups! *drool*

Asda now do sub rolls £1 for pack of 2, also do wholemeal. Cut em up into the healthy B allowance and freeze what isn't used within date! Subway also dont offer wholemeal so much more SW friendly. Cheaper SubWay here I come!

Oh it works out that 2/3rds of the sub is a healthy extra B. the remaining third is 4 syns. Then the whole roll if not using your B is 12 syns. So choice is up to yoooou ^.^

Laurenypop I'm confused, are those figs correct, 'cause if a whole sub is 12 syns wouldn't that equal 2 hexbs, because 1 wholemeal hexb as a syn is 6 syns, and 1/5 of a sub would be hexb leaving the other half as leftover for another day/freezer & not 1/3.

Are they Asda's own sub?

Ummm I MAY have got it wrong!! I just realised actually that the packaging doesn't say how much each one weighs!! I assumed 90g. Silly me I just assumed the generic weight without thinking to actually weigh it.

Correction: weigh to 60g and that's the HEb lol! >.<. *brunette moment*

ASDA's own sub rolls yes :)

This isnt a post about where to get something on offer but just thought I would share with you all. The pink and whites marshmallow biscuit thingies are 2.5 syns each. I tried one at tasters today, lovely, and someone said if you put them in the micro for a few seconds they puff up to twice the size and give a lovely sweet hit and double up in size.
