Tesco have Alpen lights 2 for 3 quid or if you have a b+m store, £1.09 a box. Tesco also had 12 cans diet coke for 3 quid.

Hi Katie - Syn values should only truly come from the SW books/online pages. The information you posted was from April 2012 and as the poster states Syn Values can change. I seen the date after I posted didn't realise the suns can change silly me oh well I've bought them and shall enjoy them and try a different flavour next time ;-)

The blueberry ones are free hun - so your ok. Syn values change sometimes because the manufacturers change the ingredients this happens with healthy extras sometimes too.
