morrisons have loads of the small selection boxes for 48p - i bought a few so that i can syn the treat sized goodies (when i'm back on plan lol)
they also have freddo face tubes reduced 2- you get 3 packs which have about 7 in them - think they'll be 6.5/7 syns per pack?


worth it if you can buy them an ration them lol

They usually are...but these packs are smaller than the ones you can buy individually (you get 3 packs in each tube) x

They send you vouchers for free / cheap things that you then review.
Got a £3 voucher for sprouts, carrots and parsnips this week. So that's my Xmas day veg for free...

I saw a whole thread on here yesterday about aldi so... I've taken it on board and done my shop there. I had to go to asda to pick up soup for the bf and a minted lamb shank for my tea (excited!) and I spent £50 in total. V pleased. I'm doing pulled pork this week from a recipe on here. Looking forward to that too!

pasta n sauce, savoury rice, supernoodles - 50p
heniz soups and pot noodles - 50p (not that they're worth the syns but good for other people?)

lettuce, cucumber - 50p
bags of carrots and bags of onions- 75p
bag of tangerines - £1
10 pack of pepsi max cans- £2.50

been getting my fruit and veg from aldi but most of the time it ends up going bad so for a few pence extra, i opted for asda's this time

not sure how long the tuna will last at that price, grab it if you can! x
