Seeded rolls are usually higher syns and I read somewhere that gluten free items usually have to contain higher sugar levels to compensate.

Apparently there is an 800g loaf (full size) that 2 slices are a heb...not sure what the name of it is but it's worth checking out as my group reckon it doesn't taste cardboard-y like the nimble does

There is only one bread I can see online that you're allowed 2 slices of and it's this 600g loaf from Brennans...

i went into Morrissons (not sure about the spelling haha) today and they have the laughing cow light cheese triangles £1 for 8 triangles, they are usually £1.35 i think and they also have the light blue cheese ones too yum!!

Evening all this is not so much a where the bargains are but a check on syn value!!

I bought the SW magazine last night and there is an add for HECK chicken italia gluten sausages - at 0.5 syns per sausage. I have checked the SW app and that says they are 2 each. I have text my consultant and im waiting a reply. Just in case anyone bought them and thought they could have loads. I will update on her reply
