Hi All

Just been to Sainsburys (my o/h has gout and apparantly cherries are the cure!! I looked it up on net)

no cherry juice so i got the following

Anyway Sainsburys have the frozen fruit 480g bags for 3 for £5.00

they have got tropical, mixed forest fruits, dark sweet cherries, blackberries, blueberries etc

nice in porridge or defrosted with yogurt or in the roulade recipe on here.

Syn free too as nothing added (basically picked and frozen same as frozen veg)
