Asda have Branston baked beans for £1 for a pack of 4 tins atm. I much prefer the Branston ones - less sauce & more beans I think!

I am getting all anxious because I *only* have four more boxes of Fibre+ bars in the cupboard... might have to nip out to Morrisons tonight on the way to weigh-in...

Best quality regular supermarket chicken I've ever had and brilliant value - 3x 1.4kg whole chickens for a tenner!
