Which Plan is your favourite?

Just a week of cutting down on pasta and I could easily get full on a smaller portion now more of it you eat more you want

So true! That's why I think it's a good idea to mix things up a bit, plan wise, if you can. It's stops your body from getting used to the same things all the time :)
 
I'm a red girl, but have been doing the plan on and off for years, long before EE, and just like my extra Hexs too much! Also for me carbs are just easier to avoid unless measured as a Hex xxx
 
Had red yesterday and it wAs a chore i notice that I'm on a diet more in Red days. Got another today, im going to factor in 2 a week for a few weeks to see if it makes any difference

I'm doing the same - today's not been too bad but I'd be fed up eating this much meat and salad again too soon, so will be spacing them out :)
 
Do you get better losses on red?

Hi hun, for me personally, carbs just don't agree with me - I get bloated, feel stodgy and just put on weight! I lost nearly 2.5 stones a couple of years ago on Red only and it really did suit me! xxx
 
It's my second day red by this morning I was fed up but tonight I had steak, mushroom n red wine gravy with side of asparagus and spinach.
There's 1/4 syn for the tiny glug of wine. It was delicious and I didn't miss any carbs :) happily do Red days few times a week maybe more now

Sounds delicious! I'm a huge fan of roasted med veg to have with my evening meals - butternut squash is my absolute favourite - love it and, for me, gives me the 'carb' feel of sweet potato etc. xxx
 
I'm finding ways to enjoy veg I eat lots more than I used to.
Think it helps cooking, boiled veg are so old fashioned you don't need to eat pressure cooked sprouts that disintegrate when u serve up anymore :) (my gran and her pressure cooker scared me for life) seems stewing beef and veg all get same 3hrs cooking time lol
 
1lb down I'm happy with that as I had a planned day off plan last weekend so to still loose shows I can reign it in.
More red days for me going for 3 this week and might plan 777 for week after see how wi goes week today.
 
Before I got to target I was Red & Green all the way as I enjoyed the 4 healthy extras. But now Im at target, I thought I would try EE with an extra HexB & to be honest Im enjoying it as it seems to fit in a lot better with my shift patterns. Im staying at target or just below & still loving SW!
 
Hi I'm another target member (17 months now) and have always done both red and green, not ee. I love both, but I do have to disipline myself a bit when it comes to pasta and rice. A large slice of melon before my carby meals helps with portion control as it fills me a little. And I also love my two As and Bs.
 
Extra Easy for me, if it ain't broke don't fix it and as far as I'm concerned it definitely isn't broken ;)
