Which Plan of Eating?

Where I volunteer there is another volunteer, more fluffy than I, and we both have decided we want to lose weight.

She is all for Atkins ~ suits her, had success with it in the past etc. She is looking for a diet buddy that she can e~mail daily etc. Again she had success doing it this way in the past.

Now she seems to think that Atkins is the way for me as well ~ but I'm leaning towards Slimming World ~ I'm not the biggest meat eater and it suits my purse...

Which plan should I go for? How can I tell her that I will support her every step of the way and will even read up on her plan but I'm doing somethineg else? Or should I go and do Atkins as well?

I'm confused!

Anyone help me out of my confusion?

Good luck on your journey! I think the most important thing is to do what suits you for weight loss. I'm sure you can still support each other, and red days on sw limit carbs so you could sell it to her in that basis! Just be honest and I'm sure it will be fine, and if not you can do your diet plan with lots of support on here! Merry Christmas x
 
Definitely dont do a diet because someone else is - you've got to find the one that suits your lifestyle and makes you fell good. I discovered i was addicted to carbs so actually atkins has been a revelation for me - but i'm rubbish at calorie controlled diets. Definitely choose the one that suits you. Good luck
