Which plan!?

Hi all :)
I have been on a vlcd for 10 weeks now and have had enough! Im hoping now i can get back into a good healthy eating plan and some good exercise!! I plan to either go the meetings (but cant go for another 2 weeks yet!) Or pay online but again im abit stuck for that as having to pay out for the car to be fixed today (broke down yesterday) and dont really have a spare £30 untill payday! Anyway im just looking for some advice...
I think i see 3 plans.. discover plan, simply filling, and Propoints. I was wondering if you could give me some quick basics of what each plan is, and which u think i would be best doing coming from a vlcd? As i obviously want to avoid as much gain as possible. I came off my vlcd diet yesterday so im abit lost at the minute and need to get some kind of plan before i pile the weight on!!

Ok so I've looked on the simply filling and have seen the list of foods, I don't like quite a lot of foods on there so think I will strike that one off, I guess the propoints seems the most popular? Will try to get my head around it!! Seems very confusing lol x

Thanks :) just trying to get through diarys and see what foods I can have and what points they are. I'm sure I will get the hang of it, think I'll start a diary then you lovely ladies can point if and where I'm going wrong :) although I do have to maintain this week after coming off vlcd so it might be abit upside down food wise this week! Trying to do my own re-feed mixing in with ww lol x

I will follow if you start a diary,I've just started one myself if you want to join it(no pressure) lol an on my 8th week of WW.Good idea to check the diaries out,I did that and it definately helps :0)
 
Discovery is the old plan, they no longer tell you about this online or in class only pro points as that's there current plan

I used to do the old plan couple of years ago then stopped and restarted with pro points,found it easy enough to change over to!

Nope neither do I, I drink juice and have loads of Coke zero and diet cream soda in from my vlcd so wondered weather I pointed that xx

Can anyone help with this atall? I did a calculation online for my points and it said 28 but on an app I just downloaded what I saw on this site it's 26?
I'm 5'0 and weigh 175.4 lb
