Personally, for many years I have suffered from PCOS but have only in the past couple of months discovered that this is related to blood sugar levels and insulin resistance.
Whilst I have lost a good deal of weight on the diet, it has been very slow and I have hit a real stumbling block when it comes to the last 10lbs.
So, I'm thinking out loud here so please, don't flame me if I'm wrong! - but looking at your comment now, about the blood sugar etc. in regard to these yoghurts, perhaps intaking any excess sugar whatsoever may have been a contributing factor for me in the progress of the diet.
