B: Oat So Simple Apple & Blueberry (4) with 142 ml skimmed milk - 142ml skimmed milk for tea/coffee throughout the day too (3).
L: Roast chicken & coleslaw sandwich (10), a bag of salt & vinegar Squares (3) and a pear (3).

Weekly pp used: 20
Weekly pp remaining: 4
Had an okay day yesterday, not entirely sure if I'm under pointing the Indian last night but it was pretty virtuous and I've had a good week so I'm not going to worry about it too much. Me and the boy never made it shopping yesterday so that is today's plan, it's snowed here but I don't imagine the roads are too bad. Here's to a good Sunday.

Bought some 10+ Manuka honey in town, exciting, haha. And some new bras in M&S (38B, sob sob) and some boyfit shorts - 4 for £5 in size 14/16. I've never had size 14/16 knickers. Haha xx
Was just wondering about the manuka honey? What does it do? X

However, personally I've not been eating the honey for long enough to comment at all on any benefits I've noticed.

Haha, thank you hun! Maybe it's the swap from roast beef & horseradish sauce to ham & coleslaw? Who knows, eh? xWohooo brill WhitePigeon, that is absolutely amazing. You must have been extremely good all week!!! xxx
My daily pp allowance dropped last week from 32 to 31, so I'm still on 31. I try not to use many points on breakfast as to allow me to have more choice throughout the rest of the day?! Hope that makes some sense. xWell done. Have u dropped points yet? Do u eat big at lunch and breakfast and have a smaller dinner cus I have noticed ur lunch and dinner are roughly same points.
