who is Rob??

Ive read a few different threads with Robs name of them! who is he? are we supposed to order through him or the main site?

He owns S&S! He is the website, he's the one I've spoken to on livechat and answers my emails. The main site is the only site.

Rob is the best for customer care and always answers emails super fast, though I find Karen and Donna very helpful too, can't beat s&s for customer care!
